Mandara Women’s Wellness: HiLITE Group Introduces India’s First AI-Integrated Retreat Dedicated to Women’s Wellbeing

HiLITE Group, a leading real estate and infrastructure developer, has launched Mandara Women’s Wellness, an AI-integrated holistic wellness retreat designed exclusively for women. The initiative marks the Group’s expansion into women-focused wellness and builds on its more than three decades of experience across commercial, retail, and residential development, including the development of WTC Kozhikode, India’s largest World Trade Center development.

Following its entry into healthcare with Elanine Women’s Hospital, HiLITE Group has positioned Mandara as the next step in its healthcare and wellness journey. The retreat is designed to complement conventional clinical care with personalised wellness programmes focused on preventive health, recovery, rejuvenation, and long-term vitality.

P. Sulaiman, Chairman, HiLITE Group, said, “Mandara represents a meaningful step for HiLITE Group as we extend our commitment into healthcare and wellness. This launch strengthens our long-term vision of scaling women-centric healthcare infrastructure in India, and Mandara is just the beginning of that journey.”

Ajil Muhammed, CEO, HiLITE Group, said, “Mandara is a reflection of our belief that true progress must include the health and well-being of women at every stage of life. Mandara is more than an expansion of our portfolio; it is an extension of our purpose. We are taking a meaningful step into women’s health.”

A Personalised Wellness Experience

Located near Calicut University, Mandara features 20 independent, IoT-enabled private cottages across three categories—Signature Private, Executive, and Wellness. The cottages incorporate integrated environmental and health-monitoring sensors designed to support personalised recovery in a private and comfortable setting.

Led by Dr. Azhar Mubarak, CEO of the Healthcare Wing at HiLITE Group, Mandara aims to create a dedicated wellness environment addressing women’s health and restorative care across different stages of life, with a particular focus on postnatal recovery.

“The way a society cares for its women says everything about the future it is building,” said Dr. Azhar Mubarak, CEO of the Healthcare Wing at HiLITE Group. “Mandara Women’s Wellness became a reality when we asked why women in India shouldn’t have access to world-class, dedicated wellness experiences right here at home. Every detail—the space, the therapies, and the conversations—is intentionally crafted around women so they can heal and rejuvenate.”

Wellness Across Every Stage of Life

Mandara’s programmes are structured around six key stages of women’s health, offering continuity of care throughout different phases of life. These include:

  • Women’s Wellness: Programmes focused on everyday vitality and overall wellbeing.
  • Prenatal Wellness: Guided support for physiological and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy.
  • Postnatal Wellness: Specialised programmes supporting the recovery of mothers and newborns.
  • Menopausal Wellness: Support for women navigating hormonal and lifestyle changes during menopause.
  • Preventive Women’s Wellness: Early intervention and health optimisation programmes.
  • Geriatric Care: Dedicated services supporting healthy ageing, mobility, and quality of life.

Combining Technology with Traditional Wellness

Mandara combines contemporary wellness technologies with traditional healing practices to create personalised recovery programmes. Its facilities include Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers, HiFEM Pelvic Strength Chairs, Infrared Therapy Beds, and Terahertz Bioresonance Energy Therapy, alongside Ayurvedic therapies and personalised herbal formulations.

The retreat also incorporates an AI-driven clinical spa, naturopathic detox programmes, postpartum-safe Pilates, aquatherapy, and dietitian-guided therapeutic meals. These offerings are designed to bring together technology, preventive care, nutrition, movement, and traditional wellness practices within a single integrated setting.

Dedicated Focus on Postnatal Recovery

Postnatal wellness is a key focus of Mandara’s offering, with dedicated services designed to support both mother and baby. A 24/7 baby nursery and infant spa, staffed by qualified medical professionals, enables new mothers to focus on rest, recovery, and therapy while their babies receive professional care.

The retreat also features a Mother’s Lounge equipped with zero-gravity recliners and designed as a space for relaxation and community interaction. Educational sessions cover areas such as lactation support, infant CPR, newborn care, and postpartum mental wellbeing, helping new mothers build confidence and access practical guidance during the transition into motherhood.

Through Mandara Women’s Wellness, HiLITE Group aims to bring together healthcare, technology, traditional wellness, and personalised care to create a dedicated environment for women’s wellbeing. The initiative represents the Group’s broader ambition to expand its presence in women-centric healthcare and wellness while creating experiences that support women through every stage of life.
